The Diocese if Warri is Spiritual dynamic, united, disciplined, and self-supporting. The Diocese is rooted in the work of evangelism as a result of the various evangelistic organizations that exist in the Diocese. The effect of these evangelistic organizations has spread to some other sister Dioceses. Our social Welfare is a clear expression of the genuine love of Christ that exists all around the Diocese.

St. Andrew's Cathedral

History has it that the birth of the St. Andrew’s Anglican Church stem from the home coming of the freed slaves from the Gold Coast, which is present day Ghana, important towns began to develop especially along the coast; amongst these towns was Warri.
